This April fitness has been on my mind. Getting to the gym for weight training every week and also bumping up my running schedule in preparation for the 500 Mile American Indian Spiritual Marathon that I’ll be a part of in June.
The 500 Mile Run is a 5 day run where our team covers 100 miles a day in a relay style. This is my first year as a runner (I don’t count my brief stint in high school) and I’m excited about the progress I’ve made! I’m really looking forward to running with my team and spreading our message that “All Life is Sacred”.
